We’ve reinforced the SERE25’s blade geometry to handle this punishing technique while maintaining precision for more delicate tasks. The SERE25 features a 4 7/8-inch drop point blade made of premium Cerakote MagnaCut stainless steel for maximum durability and minimal rust and glare.

The SERE25 features a full-sized ergonomic G10 handle with our signature tactical texture pattern on the flats for a secure grip in any condition.

Designed with a palm swell that prevents rotation during hard use and flat sides that provide positive indexing, this handle stays secure even when wet, muddy, or bloody. The forward thumb ramp allows for precision control when needed, while the handle’s overall design facilitates multiple grip positions for different survival tasks. Fantastic Heavy Use Blade!

As the manager of a large outdoor range complex and a scout leader, I have put the SERE25 through a lot in the short time I’ve had my hands on it. This blade has seen a lot more hard use than I have subjected my other Montana Knife Company purchases to. I have been very happy how well the original edge held up to being used as a machete, for batoning wood, and various prying and bushcraft projects while camping. I expected to see some of the coating coming off, but so far, after cleaning it up, it still looks new. This is a great knife.
